From – Someone who feels that they could be, or they need to be more innovative, but they are struggling to come up with new ideas reguraily.
To – Being able to manage your life so as you are able to create periods that are conducive to idea generation. Your ability to capture and process new ideas improves, be it designing a widget or giving a speech. New ideas are not longer luck, they are a planned predictable process.
